In this clip Clark explains about the importance of teaching Deaf culture within a Sign Language curriculum. He uses the BSL QED Curriculum guide as examples and chooses topics such as Name signs, Fingerspelling, How the behaviour and descriptions openly used by Deaf people are different to hearing people, Numbers (including times and dates) and explains regional variation in BSL.
